Thank you so much for choosing us to adorn your shop! Please take a moment to note our policies for wholesale orders and let us know if you have any questions prior to placing your order.

WHOLESALE TERMS

Total order minimum (opening and reorder) is $150. If we notice any issues we will reach out to you before proceeding with your order. Please reach out if you have questions: orders@therainbowvision.com

Hours of operation: Monday - Thursday, 9-5 EDT

Shipping Policy:

Orders process within 3 business days then ship from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA. Shipping times are dependent on the shipping carrier and service you select at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

We do not offer rush orders.

**Please note** items that say 'PREORDER' may have a longer turn around time. Turn around time for preorder items are listed in the product description.

Payment Terms:

Prepayment is required via credit card or PayPal. We do not offer Net 30 terms but if you require this then you can order through Faire Direct. If prefer to email your PO you can send it to orders@therainbowvision.com and we will process your order manually. Orders do not ship until invoices are paid.

If you need to make adjustments to your order please contact us as soon as you can so we can address the changes: orders@therainbowvision.com

Refund & Exchange:

We do not offer refunds on wholesale orders. However! If you If you receive your order and something is amiss please contact us with any questions or concerns and we'll do our very best to address the issue: orders@therainbowvision.com

A note on proximity:

The Rainbow Vision does not offer exclusivity agreements. We do the best we can to check for store proximity when accepting new accounts, however, it's increasingly difficult for us to keep up with as we grow, and we cannot clearly gauge how small each community is. Please understand that we cannot refund for product due to proximity issues.
